Hi! Thank you so much for your interest in working with me to create your own special piece of art. I am so happy and honored to have you here. 🙏🏽
Before I can create a piece that you will love, I will first need to gather some information from you through the questionnaire below. This will allow me to get a better understanding of your vision, requirements or constraints, and what you would like me to create for you. The more information you give me, the better I can grasp your story and translate that onto a canvas, so please try and be thorough if you can! :) This questionnaire will serve as our starting point for the piece.
